Based on the humanistic approach of person centred counselling, the counsellor focuses on you and your unique experiences. Counselling Connection specialises in relationship counselling, also working with individuals struggling with low self-esteem, depression and anxiety, sexual abuse, addictions and any other issues that you may wish to talk about.
