Hello, my name is Sheila and I and work in the UK with over 16 years of professional experience. I offer therapy sessions over the telephone, remote or face to face. I have much experience in helping clients with a broad range of symptoms and thoughts some of which are; Low mood, depression, loss and bereavement, anxiety, low self-esteem, confidence, relationship and work related matters. I also offer Clinical Supervision to The Helping Professions, working with The Seven Eyed Model and The Integrative Development Model (IDM).
I offer different types of therapy such as CBT which may help you to change your thought pattern to a more positive way of thinking. Talking therapy for low mood and Bereavement and Loss and life coaching to help you with any life struggles, all which may help you to think and feel in a more positive, alterative and a happier way.
