As a therapist, I have the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, and I deeply value the opportunity to support people through a wide range of challenges, such as grief, depression, family issues etc. I have received additional training in areas such as domestic abuse, trauma, religious trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and creative therapy.
I am an eclectic therapist, using a variety of approaches, depending on client needs, as you are unique and therefore require therapy as individual as you.
