I am only able to take online clients at present. Finding yourself on here means you have taken that first, and most likely scary, step towards seeking counselling. You may be experiencing ongoing issues (of any kind) or an unsettled period in your life and are looking for a safe environment to talk about and understand what you are experiencing. I am a qualified person-centred counsellor, but more than that, I am someone with a wealth of life experiences behind me. I believe that the combination of my training and these life experiences have helped me become a person who can offer empathy and compassion to those facing challenges.
I offer online sessions, so you can work with me from wherever you are in the UK . Being neurodivergent, I have a special interest in working with clients who are neurodivergent (diagnosed or not) and those who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community . I feel it is important for marginalised people to have a safe and non-judgemental counselling space.
I believe that with the correct environment of warmth, non-judgement and acceptance we can reach our full potential, explore our experiences and issues, and become self-aware, in order to begin to heal ourselves. Person-centred counselling places you at the centre of your therapy, with your counsellor walking with you. I endevour to provide you that place.
