We have particular interests in work around emotional management, attachment and reducing barriers to change. We have a specialism in working with people around creativity - whether you wish to use creative approaches to reach your goals or are a creative seeking a therapist who understands your work and can help you to use your creativity to achieve the outcomes you want, we would love to hear from you. We welcome clients from all walks of life. Please note that at present, all sessions are via telephone or videocall. Discount offered for public, arts and martime sector workers.
Corvus can offer a range of therapeutic approaches based on your needs, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and narrative and story based approaches. In all cases, we work with compassion, good humour, kindness, non-judgement and sensitivity.
