About
Hello I’m Corrina. I’m an Integrative Counsellor based in Manchester. I’m a big believer in the power of being truly listened to and understood, without judgement. I think it’s something we all need in our lives, particularly when we are finding things difficult. Being heard in this way can be the starting point for seeing things more clearly and either changing, or living more easily, with the things that trouble us. This is something I offer to all my clients and I love seeing the difference it can make.
I respect and appreciate individuality, and the different ways in which my clients understand themselves and their experiences. As an integrative counsellor - meaning that I draw on different therapeutic approaches in my work - I am able to respond to these differences and tailor an approach to therapy that makes sense to each individual client.
I help people with lots of different issues, including self esteem, loss and bereavement, identity, health issues, anxiety and depression. I can also help if you don’t know what it is that you want to be different, but things just don’t feel right. I am professional, down-to-earth and I approach my work with warmth, honesty and the greatest of care.
