I am a neuro-affirming therapist. Self-acceptance and building self-confidence is at the heart of my work. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to express your true thoughts and feelings. This is a supportive and collaborative approach that focuses on you as the unique individual you are rather than on a specific problem or diagnosis. My aim is to see things from your perspective, to help you understand your feelings and beliefs and recognise your strengths. Empowering you to make choices that align with your values and well-being. I have specialist training and lived experience of neurodivergence.
