I am a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in supporting adults and children with a range of challenges including anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and difficulties associated with neurodiversity. I have spent the last 10 years in practice in the NHS supporting people accross the lifespan with their mental health and am passionate about creating a supportive and understanding environment where people are able to share and make sense of their experiences. I work collaboratively with people to help them to gain a better understanding of themselves and find strategies that feel helpful and effective.
I am trained in a range of approaches, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also have specialist knowledge and experience of Autism and ADHD and am able to help with self-exploration, support strategies and advice around seeking a diagnosis.
