I work with children and teenagers, using play, art, and talking therapy to help them express and understand their feelings. With specialised training for children aged 3 and up, I focus on building strong, trusting relationships with both the children and their families. I aim to help make sense of challenging behaviors and emotional struggles. I’m trained in EMDR to support people through trauma and have a wealth of experience in child mental health. I strive to create a safe environment where your child feels heard, supported, and ready to begin their healing journey.
I work with children facing anxiety, low mood, school struggles, self-harm, and emotions they can’t always explain. I have supporter families through divorce, illness, bereavement, and trauma—including abuse and sudden loss. Using play, creativity, and talking therapy, I create a safe space for children to make sense of their experiences.
