In our sessions, we will gently and compassionately explore your situation together in a supportive and safe environment to help empower you to make the changes you wish to make.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (Bsc Hons) accredited with the UKCP. I offer counselling to individuals over 18 years old in central Norwich on Wednesday & Thursday daytimes.
I have been described as friendly, calming, compassionate and empathetic. I was drawn to becoming a counsellor after experiencing first-hand how helpful counselling can be.
