I am a fully qualified professional Therapist with nearly 15 years of experience working in various locations, including my private practices both in Winchester and Southampton. I have experience in working short term but mainly work towards a longer lasting deeper change, working at your own pace, with an open ended longer term approach.
My way of working takes inspiration mainly from the type of therapies listed below. Paramount to all these I believe that developing a trusting relationship while being aware of what happens between us is core to effective therapy.
