I encounter trauma every day, and I can assist you in staying regulated and present. I can offer coping strategies to help keep you safe when triggered by a thought, memory, or flashback. Additionally, I can help you store your trauma in a safe place in your brain so that you are aware of it, but it no longer has the power to hurt you.
