You may be having difficulties around your relationship(s) possibly around sex and/or intimacy. Issues around erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and pain during sex are welcome. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression or low self esteem, possibly alongside something else like trauma. I can offer you a judgement-free, inclusive and empathic space where we will explore things together at your pace. My therapeutic space is safe and containing no matter how difficult things may feel.
My core training is psychodynamic whereby we may explore the past in order to find lasting benefits for the future. I am a Relationship therapist with much experience around a range of issues such as diversity, loss of trust, loss of connection, conflict and sex. Psychosexual therapy may be helpful if you have lost confidence in your sexual functioning.
