It can be daunting taking the first step in finding a new counsellor, so my priority is to put you at ease. I'm a warm, non-judgemental, experienced counsellor, and my goal is to facilitate a strong relationship so we can work collaboratively, helping you feel empowered to improve your life and wellbeing. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space for adults hoping to improve their emotional wellbeing, relationships, and focus on personal development. Our relationship is underpinned by my solid educational foundation and exceptional standards of care and ethical practice as a member of both BACP and UKCP.
Based in Norwich city centre, I offer face-to-face and online sessions to individuals aged 18 and over. I work with a wide range of issues including depression, relationship difficulties, stress, trauma, anxiety, bereavement, loss, disordered eating, self harm, fertility, menopause, diagnoses, addiction, identity, low self-esteem, loneliness, and more.
I have experience in long and short term psychotherapeutic counselling and bereavement support, working inclusively with clients from diverse backgrounds and I believe in treating everyone as the unique individual they are.
