I’m Conor, a psychotherapist and counsellor, but most importantly, a human. Over the years, I have learned a lot about people, the mind, and what makes people tick. I want to help you make sense of your story, and to understand the different parts of your mind that make up who you are. I work with people who are questioning why they think and feel the way they do, and who often have deep-rooted patterns that create difficult experiences and emotions. My job is to be your teammate and help you get where you want to go.

I offer short-term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy, depending on your needs. I specialise in working with attachment and relationship difficulties, trauma, bereavement, and anxiety, and provide Schema Therapy and Somatic Experiencing Therapy to work specifically with deep-rooted emotions and the manifestation of these emotions in the body.

Every one of us spends our life trying to figure out who we are, how to connect to others, and where our place is in the world. I understand both personally and professionally how difficult this is.I want to spend the time to get to know you, all of you, especially the parts that are making things difficult in your life, and help you develop a new story.

Therapy with me lasts for 60 minutes, either in-person or online. The first session will be an assessment and a discussion of how we will work together. This may be a specific approach (e.g. schema therapy) or an integrative (combined) approach that will include working with schemas (deep beliefs of self and others), somatics (body and the mind-body connection), and the subconscious.
