I offer a down-to-earth, supportive space for anyone feeling overwhelmed, stuck or burnt out. I have particular experience with addiction, trauma, and frontline workers, and also offer outdoor counselling for those who find healing in nature. We’ll work at your pace, in a way that feels right for you.
