I am Anahi, an accredited integrative psychotherapist specialising in complex trauma and PTSD. My work is trauma-informed, relational, and somatic, integrating mind and body at a pace that feels safe. I draw on somatic therapy, parts-informed work, creative imagination and psychodynamic understanding, shaped by over 18 years of international experience.
