My experience has enabled me to work with individuals and relationships in addressing various experiences such as depression, anxiety, psychosexual focus, anger, grief, relationship difficulties, communication challenges, life dilemmas, burnout, stress, addictions, addiction and compulsive behaviours, stress and pressure within sport.
