Do you need an opportunity to help process your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgemental, confidential environment? I can offer you a warm, confidential and trusting relationship. Although what distresses you is the most important factor, I will also discuss with you your lifestyle, health, sleep patterns and other aspects, such as relaxation techniques. Whatever the situation take your first step whether you are anxious, depressed, grieving or feeling bad about yourself. You are the real expert in what is going on for you and what you need. I am here to support you and together we can work through your concerns.
I am experienced in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety and depression, Self harming, working with Survivors of Suicide, Sexual assault and Child sexual abuse offering talking therapy and Trauma Therapy using EMDR. I also offer Relationship counselling whilst offering a holistic overview of both mental and physical health.
I combine 36 years of nursing knowledge and integrate Talking Therapy and EMDR to assess how best to support you. I am approachable, honest and kind. I will support you whatever the issue without judgement. I am fully insured and offer an introductory session for £60 thereafter £70-£75 for individuals/EMDR and £80 for couples. Each session lasts 60minutes
