I'm an integrative child and adolescent psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) offering time-limited and long-term therapy to children and adults alike. I specialise in child therapy but also work with early attachment wounds, developmental trauma and complex PTSD in young people and adults. I also offer a space for reflective parenting, as well as joint child / parent sessions, which can be really valuable for families who are feeling stuck.
I integrate trauma-informed interventions with attachment-based, spiritual-existential psychotherapy making use of play, creative arts, and parts work. My approach is warm and relational, supporting nervous system regulation and socio-emotional growth. I focus on creating a trusted space where challenging feelings can be safely explored and processed.
