I am a passionate and caring therapist who has extensive experience of working with people in distress, from those reporting anxiety, depression and relational conflict, to those struggling with their body image, trauma and loss. In therapy we will explore your current difficulties and understand these in relation to your earlier life experiences. We will then work to develop healthier coping skills and focus on you achieving your goals in the shortest time period possible.
Over ten years, I have completed formal training in Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing. This extensive experience is vital as it allows me to draw from a wide knowledge base, to create a specialized treatment plan which will meet your own individual needs.
Engaging in therapy is both brave and life changing. My initial aim is to build a warm and safe relationship with you, so that we can come to a clear and shared understanding of your difficulties, prior to embarking on your unique treatment journey.
