Many people come to me feeling stuck, misunderstood, or unable to make sense of what’s happening internally or in their relationships. I work with adults across a wide range of experiences, including neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia), PTSD, CPTSD, and BPD, as well as identity and gender-related challenges. I’m neurodivergent myself and understand those experiences directly. You don’t need a specific issue or diagnosis—just a sense something isn’t working and a willingness to understand and change it.
We work together to understand how your experiences have shaped you, how your beliefs and nervous system are primed to think and react, and why certain patterns repeat. We look at your history and current life, structuring what’s happening and what can change. It’s a collaborative, kind, and practical process.
If you’re struggling, you don’t have to do it alone. What you’re dealing with is real, even if others don’t see it or it’s hard to explain. I offer a space where you can speak openly, be understood without judgement, and move forward with clarity, care, tailored support and a real plan.
