I work with adult individuals and couples from two locations in Kent and West Sussex as well as online via Zoom and other digital platforms.
My approach is integrative which means that I can draw upon a range of different therapeutic techniques and approaches in order to help you with the difficulties you are encountering. I believe that a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship between Counsellor and client is most important for a successful outcome and I see this as central to our work.
I have worked successfully with many clients over the years with a diverse range of issues and problems.
