I work with adult individuals and couples. Sometimes we find challenges in life be they with relationships, a loss or bereavement or difficulties with work. Stress, anxiety and low mood can all impact how we engage with life and it can be helpful to discuss these matters in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential setting. My approach is integrative which means that I can draw upon a range of different therapeutic techniques and approaches in order to help you with the difficulties you are encountering. I believe that a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship between Counsellor and client is most important for a successful outcome and I see this as central to our work.
I have worked successfully with many clients over the years with a diverse range of issues and problems. I am confident that time spent discussing the challenges in life in a safe and confidential setting is hugely beneficial for clients.
