About
Our practice works with individuals who are looking for holistic care for their mental and physical wellbeing. We incorporate therapy, exercise and breathwork alongside lifestyle advice to help people become strong in mind, body and breath. We work with individuals who want more than talking therapy or those who have both physical and mental health disorders. Those who need medical input as well as psychological input.
We offer one to one or group sessions. Combinations of therapy, yoga, breathwork, supported exercise and movement. Individualised input for your needs. No need to separate your physical and mental health as we know they are linked and one impacts the other.
If you would like to explore a different way of working with your health then send us a message. Check out our social media posts for free advice and support and more information on what we offer.
