We all at sometimes in our life have some form of mental health issue. This is nothing to be ashamed off. With the right Counselling this can hopefully be resolved. I offer talking therapy using a Pluralistic approach. Which really means that l based the counselling around the need of the client. No two people are the same so there counselling isn't the same for everyone.
I offer 1-2-1 counselling session. But l also offer relationship counselling. When we talk about relationship, this can include between partners but can also include between parents and child and other family dynamics. Area's l specialise in is, Domestic Violence, ADHD and Autistic areas. But work with everyone.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation. If your looking for Counselling or your not sure what you want from Counselling then let talk. I then offer 50 minute session in person or online. In and around Norfolk UK. We also offer Life Coaching which help you find a way in your life
