I am a trauma-informed Humanistic therapist experienced in supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse people or anyone who wants to reach out for help. I offer a warm, relational and challenging person-centred approach, tailored to your needs in a space that's just for you, where I can give you the support and guidance to help create positive change in yourself and your life. My approach includes working somatically, meaning I include the mind-body connection and embodied experience. Therapy creates a ripple effect in all other areas of life; inward change creates external change and has a direct impact on our surrounding environment.
I believe that we all deserve to have a voice and agency over our lives, but many of us find ourselves feeling powerless, lost, discontent or in despair. Not only can our personal lives be challenging, the world we live in can make those challenges even harder to overcome. Investing in a consistent, weekly session just for you can shed those burdens.
I welcome those from the LGBTQ+ community, allies, friends or relatives of the community, or anyone who might have a curiosity about their gender or sexuality but isn’t sure how they identify. My practice is neurodivergent friendly, particularly experienced with ADHD.

Working with trauma may require more long term counselling, as having enough time to establish trust & safety is crucial to unpack deeper issues. The most important part of the work is the therapeutic relationship which should feel secure yet offer gentle challenge, curiosity and insights.
