I am a Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT), trained by Marisa Peer, as well as an experienced medical doctor and life and careers coach. I have worked in the NHS and private sector for many years. I would be delighted to help you overcome whatever is causing you pain and holding you back from being your being your best self. I offer RTT alone, or in combination with coaching for further great results, putting your new understanding from RTT into practice in your relationships, work and home life.

Given the uncertainty that surrounds us, sometimes we may feel like things are unravelling all around us and inside ourselves. It is important to remember that if you ever feel like it's all getting too much, you can get the right support to help you better understand your thoughts and feelings. I can help you to make sense of some of the difficulties you face now, as well as past life experiences. Along the way, you will get to know know yourself better and start to make changes that will help you to live a happier, more fulfilled life. At the moment, I am only offering telephone and online sessions.

I am an experienced counsellor -offering Individual psychotherapy. I also work with EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing), a very effective and proven approach for the treatment of trauma. My approach to therapy is integrative. People are diverse and ways of facing and resolving problems vary from individual to individual I find that sticking to just one fixed approach would be forced and simplistic. I work drawing from different theories and approaches what feels best for each unique individual experience.

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over 17 years experience, a qualified Couples Counsellor and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I feel passionate about helping my clients, be it dealing with anxiety, depression, marriage and other relationship difficulties, addressing trauma including Complex-PTSD and childhood trauma, achieving personal growth or wanting to get on better in life or at work.

Adriana Rubio is an Integrative Psychologist offering psychotherapy and counseling to adults, young people and couples. She has studied in different European Universities, obtaining an MSc in Psychology and Social Psychology and she is graduated in Gestalt Psychotherapy. Adriana is registered at the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). For over a decade, Adriana has worked therapeutically with adults and young people from different cultures within mental health and psychosocial support projects in international settings.
