Hi. We are ADHD specialists. All our counsellors are diagnosed ADHD. We really understand the condition from the inside out. A lot of us have partners, parents or children who are ADHD as well. I work with adults using a holistic approach who are feeling stuck. Many people since COVID are struggling with depression, stress, anxiety, and burnout. Some people are turning to alcohol, drugs or other addictive behaviours to cope. Its ok to find life hard. I specialise in working with people who are worrying they aren’t managing their mental health, who may have experienced trauma, and may be self-medicating. I offer an entirely non-judgemental, confidential, compassionate and safe space to talk about some of these things and help you to identify what changes you would like to make. I also specialise in working with ADHD.

My clients have often experienced a range of adverse experiences such as trauma, neglect or emotional abuse and may be experiencing depression, anxiety, low self worth, intense emotionality or difficulty in relationships. I see people for both longer term and time limited therapy. I work well with people who experience shame around their issues or experiences, who are anxious about therapy or who have found previous therapy unhelpful. I also provide supervision and training to other psychologists and institutions.
