I am a fully qualified integrative Counsellor and CBT Practitioner. I use more than one approach within sessions, tailoring your therapy to meet your needs. I offer a safe space with no judgement for you to explore your thoughts and emotions where I will support you during this time of self discovery. I have successfully worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low mood, panic attacks, bereavement & loss, addiction, low self worth, relationship issues, to name a few. Frequently people seek counselling when they don't know what is wrong, however they know something needs to change.
I can offer you a safe and non judgmental space to explore your issues. Sessions are set at your own pace for your own comfort. My main experience is working with anxiety, depression, relational issues, loss, grief and self development. As part of your counselling journey it may be beneficial to incorporate Life Coaching approaches to assist in your journey.
