I am an experienced counsellor and able to offer One to One counselling in Romford. I work with an integrative approach using the three main forces in psychology of Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamics, Art therapy and Mindfulness. In addition to offering therapy I am able to offer relaxation and meditation. This means I am able to tailor my counselling skills to suit your needs within a safe, non judgemental confidential environment. I aspire to help clients through a variety of issues including abuse, anxiety, addiction, bereavement, relationship issues, depression, stress, and many more.
