Hello my name is Mary, I am an Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. One of the hardest things is to admit you need help and then to ask for it, but we all need help at some point in our lives. I feel privileged to be able to work with both adults and teens. I pride myself in providing a supportive, friendly, non-judgemental, safe and confidential space for my clients. I will be by your side on your therapy journey which may feel uncomfortable at times but I also believe there is a place in the therapy room for smiles. My friendly private practice is run with Clinical Supervision, fully insured and have full clinical UKCP accreditation.
