Or you may often feel that you need to hide, change, or control aspects of yourself in the outside world. I'm an LGBTQIA+ & neurodivergent-identified creative therapist, committed to working with the full spectrum of human experience. I aim to relate to you as you truly feel yourself to be. By prioritising individual needs, I tailor my approach to each client using a mix of talking therapy, art, movement, & other creative approaches to promote positive change.
