I have been providing a professional counselling service for over 20 y'rs, & having had a rich experience of life & the challenges it can bring to bear on mental health, I have some insight as to what many of us go through. Counselling is like any other relationship it needs to be built on trust & respect without fear of challenge. I will try my hardest to help you navigate the relationships, challenges & trauma that life presents. The complexities of your life are unique to you & together we can find the answers & unearth what is right for you, helping you to learn to work through, & ultimately what is causing you difficulties.
I have counselled many hundreds of individuals & couples, providing a safe space to talk & work through the emotional issues & health problems life presents. Alongside my private practice I have been running Surrey’s biggest independent mental health charity since the end of the 90's, amassing experience in helping adults who have mental health problems.
