There was a time when I sat where you may be sitting now, wondering whether counselling could help. When I first sought therapy, I was struggling with work pressures, relationships and uncertainty about the future. What I found was a safe space to be heard without judgement, and that experience eventually led me to become a counsellor. Today, I offer a warm, confidential space for clients to explore life's challenges. I am also a practising supervisor. While I work with adults of all ages, I particularly enjoy working with young people, whose resilience and potential give me hope for the future.
Every single person's needs are of course unique. My training is Integrative but with a person-centred approach that comes very naturally to me. I will help you to share your fears safe in the knowledge that I will listen without judgment and in absolute confidence. From there I will to work with you to explore. Put simply, to find a way that works.
I have a discreet garden room in Woburn Sands with easy parking or if you prefer I have undertaken extensive training in safe online counselling which I have been providing since the beginning of the Covid crisis.
