I am passionate about helping people who are experiencing difficulties in life. I offer a non-judgemental, caring and confidential space for you to share situations and challenges that are causing pain or distress as long as you feel safe and comfortable. I draw upon a combination of therapeutic techniques to guide and support you. I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor (Level 7) and SF Hypnotherapist. My approach is to help you explore and overcome obstacles that are holding you back, empowering you to move forward in your life. I believe that you are the expert on yourself and I will support you on your journey to wellness.
With over 14 years of experience working with children, young people, parents and adults, I am genuinely passionate about my work. I work with many modalities such as counselling, solution focused hypnotherapy, CBT, trauma, phobias (such as emetophobia), EFT, somatic release, parent support, play therapy, creative therapeutic techniques etc.
Helping others overcome obstacles so that they can find happiness and to reach their highest potential brings me immense joy. With a compassionate, person-centred, and solution-focused approach, I will support you on your journey toward a more balanced and fulfilling life, helping you regain control and rediscover the best version of yourself.
