Do you need to grieve for the loss of a loved one, family member but you simply have not had the time or head space. I can help you reach that goal and free your mind by sharing your loss, memories and worries.
I am an attentive, caring nonjudgmental counsellor who can offer you the space to explore any issues that are interrupting your life right now. Anxiety and overthinking are issues I work with every day, alongside loss and bereavement. I challenge your thoughts and limiting beliefs which leaves clients free to live a happier life.
