I specialise as a CBT Therapist, EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Clinical Supervisor for high and low intensity CBT therapy and the Clinical Lead of Clinical Hub Ltd.
My specialist area for treatment is Trauma - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) including childhood abuse, adverse childhood events, sexual abuse and singular traumatic incidents for the past 10 years.
