I am an empathetic psychotherapist who is passionate about supporting people with most mental health issues including g anxiety, depression, self esteem, confidence, suicidal ideation , self harm, eating disorder, panic attacks and phobias. Children always suffer from bullying in school and on social media as well as having friendship issues. I follow an integrative approach to counselling with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred Approach (Humanistic) and Psychodynamic Approach. The type of modality I use will depend on the issue presented. As a counsellor, I do not offer advice or talk about my experience.
