Welcome to Calm Counselling Services. I work with individuals, couples and families. At the heart of therapy is building a strong and positive working alliance between the client and counsellor; I offer a safe, non-judgemental space that aims to help facilitate you on your therapeutic journey. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Therapy is a time and a space to be heard, to build awareness and provide clarity. I will work collaboratively with you to understand your needs, and how you can be supported to reach your goals.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I provide a client-centred approach, drawing on various therapeutic models to suit your unique needs. Although I work with a range of presenting issues, my passion and primary areas of expertise lie within couple and family counselling.
