Hi, I'm Cleo, an art therapist specialising in school difficulties and/or school refusal and also suspected or newly diagnosed neuro-divergent individuals (children and adults). Additionally, I offer clinical supervision for trainee art therapists and psychotherapists that wish to explore their clinical work creatively.
For adults, the realisation that you may be neuro-divergent can be difficult to navigate. Whether you are newly diagnosed or are feeling that you may have traits of neurodivergence, art therapy can be a great way to discover how this may be affecting you. Since the pandemic, I have witnessed and supported young people (and their families) when school becomes problematic or impossible to attend.
