I provide psychological treatment to clients suffering from a wide range of difficulties and conditions, including Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Interpersonal problems, PTSD, Complex trauma and Anger management. Some of my clients may suffer from longterm difficulties, such as struggling to manage strong emotions and struggle to maintain close and significant relationships with others. Other clients may present with specific difficulties, such as career changes, family tensions or facing periods of particular stress. I also work with parents, who are struggling to bond with their children.
I provide a thorough assessment to clients, in order to identify their goals, their difficulties and offer a suitable treatment. I have a particular expertise in delivering Mentalization-based Therapy. I also work with psychodynamic and integrative models of treatment, including EMDR, and provide Parent-infant Psychoyherapy.
My work is to help clients reach a better understanding of themselves and assist them in making changes, which can allow them to have a fulfilling life. I consider having a respectful and collaborative relationship with clients as key to their progress. I am interested in working with people from different backgrounds, nationalities and pathways of life.

Groups
MBT group
MBT is recommended for people who experience intense emotions, impulsive behaviours and intense and chaotic relationships. It is an evidence based programme that was initially developed for people living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) by clinicians and researchers at the Anna Freud Centre, London. The therapy consists of both group and individual components and for MBT to be successful it is highly recommended that participants attend both. The group therapy sessions are different to individual therapy in that participants get a variety of people in the group who might evoke different responses and create opportunities for therapeutic shifts.
