I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I am experienced in helping clients who have difficulties with : Stress; Relationships; Panic Attacks; Anxiety; Bereavement; Redundancy; Depression, and Addiction.
I have worked with adult survivors of sexual abuse and people struggling with ideas of suicide as well as supporting clients to overcome low self esteem, anxiety, and manage the pressures life brings to us all.
