We have found that there is huge power and healing when group members share experiences and feel heard and validated by others. Within group sessions we share our knowledge about the bereavement process, models of bereavement, strategies that others have found useful and aim to bust some of the unhelpful myths around what grief should look or feel like and how long it should last.
