I’m Claudia (she/her) and I’m here to talk about sex and all that comes with it.
As a person-centered psychotherapist and sexologist in training I work with people navigating the messy, beautiful and complex parts of being human, especially sex, sexuality, identity and relationships. I can support you if you feel disconnected from your body, your feelings, or your loved ones. Sex may be painful, desire low and orgasms elusive, or perhaps you’re struggling with relationship dynamics and expressing needs. I offer a space to explore what’s going on, how it’s impacting you and how we can move towards your desired outcomes from therapy.
I want to meet all parts of you- your grief, joy, desire, shame and confusion. I welcome LGBTQIA+, kinky and non-monogamous people and anyone exploring their sexual, relational or gender identity. I believe in collaboration and compassion and staying connected to what matters most to you, while maybe even sharing a laugh along the way.
As a trainee sexologist I can support you with issues such as: pain during sex (e.g vaginismus), low libido, arousal/orgasm difficulties, sexual anxiety, fertility matters, relationship transitions, and sexual trauma.
