I’m Claudia (she/her) and I’m here to explore with you all things sex and relationships.
As a person-centered psychotherapist and sexologist in training I work with individuals and couples navigating the messy, beautiful and complex parts of being human, especially sex, sexuality, identity and relationships. I can support you if you feel disconnected from your body, your feelings, or your loved ones. Perhaps you’re struggling with relationship dynamics and expressing needs. I offer a space to explore what’s going on, how it’s impacting you and how we can move towards your desired outcomes from therapy.
I want to meet all parts of you- your grief, joy, desire, shame and confusion. I welcome LGBTQIA+, kinky and non-monogamous people and anyone exploring their sexual, relational or gender identity. I believe in collaboration and compassion and staying connected to what matters most to you, while maybe even sharing a laugh along the way.
I am currently offering 6 low cost sessions to couples as part of my training as a psychosexual and relationship therapist.
I can offer in person sessions in central Bristol daytime and evenings Monday -Thursday.
