I work with both couples and individuals who are finding things difficult, and feeling disconnected, or stuck. Whether that’s within a long-term relationship, a relationship in crisis, or in your own inner world.
I support individuals with various challenges including anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, low self-esteem, ADHD, sexual trauma, work-related difficulties, and relationship issues. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward; others arrive with a clearer focus on what they’d like to change, whether that’s within a relationship or within themselves.
A core part of my work is supporting couples who are struggling to communicate, feeling emotionally distant, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. I help couples slow things down, understand one another more clearly, and rebuild connection in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
I tailor sessions to individual needs and offer short-term or open-ended counselling. I work face-to-face in Devon and online with clients further afield, with sessions held weekly.
Our work together will take place in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space, where you can speak openly and at your own pace.
