I specialise in working with adults impacted by emotional neglect, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, and other relational wounds. My approach is relational, trauma-informed with an intercultural understanding. I work with somatic awareness and creativity when words aren't enough. It's not about advice or fixing; it’s about reconnecting with yourself
