I offer both short & long-term therapy - using an integrative approach. This means that depending on your concerns, I will adopt a therapeutic perspective that we think will be most fitting & helpful for you. I specialise in Transpersonal Therapy & Mindfulness but also frequently draw on Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
I offer free Zoom consultations, giving you space to share your story and explore what brought you to therapy. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
