My approach to counselling is tailored to you depending on your needs . The core of our work together is based on a safe, trusting, non judgemental space where we can get an understanding of how it is for you in your world and from there help you find a way to progess. I have been taught at Post Graduate level by expert tutors in their counselling approach, Person Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT. This has equipped me with my unique integrative style of working with my clients. As an integrative therapist working in private practice I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society.
I offer a safe non judgmentmental space for clients to explore their issues and remove road blocks that are preventing them being the best version of themselves. I have experience in a wide range of counselling areas and session plans are tailored to each individual client.
