Each person's difficulties are unique. I am here to work with you in a safe, non judgemental space. Going at your pace.
I offer long and short term therapy. This depends on you as the individual. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly. The sessions are unique to each person. The counselling relationship will always be genuine , non judgemental and client focused.
